Liverpool Yoga Classes

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on flexibility, strength and breathing to boost mental and physical well-being. The main components of yoga exercise are postures (a series of movements designed to increase flexibility and strength) and breathing. The practice originated in India around 5,000 years ago, and has been adapted in other countries in a variety of variations. Here in the UK you have the opportunity to learn Shiva yoga (hatha) and practice with fully qualified Liverpool Yoga teachers and Yoga instructors. We have a number of Liverpool Yoga classes available for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Private Yoga tuition for individuals and groups also available as well as Yoga ‘taster’ sessions for businesses, companies and organisations. We can also provide stress management lessons and training as well as further education courses.

Beginners Level 0

A Yoga class for complete beginners. Those who want to practice yoga for the first time. (First impression is the best impression). Good for back hips, relaxation, good breathing, and mental wellness.

Beginners Level 1

A general yoga class for back and hip pain relief. Improved breathing and flexibility. It also helps with stress relief and mental wellbeing.

Beginners Level 2

Suitable for beginners and practical yoga for the last 1-2 years. Same benefits as above. Improved postures, flexibility, relaxation, concentration and building up confidence.

Intermediate Level/ Level 3

This Level is only for people who have practiced yoga for more than 5 years. Not suitable for beginners, bad back and hips, high pressure, heart condition, severe back problems.

This level improves the strength of breathing relaxation and build-up confidence.
