Liverpool Yoga Classes
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on flexibility, strength and breathing to boost mental and physical well-being. The main components of yoga exercise are postures (a series of movements designed to increase flexibility and strength) and breathing. The practice originated in India around 5,000 years ago, and has been adapted in other countries in a variety of variations. Here in the UK you have the opportunity to learn Shiva yoga (hatha) and practice with fully qualified Liverpool Yoga teachers and Yoga instructors. We have a number of Liverpool Yoga classes available for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Private Yoga tuition for individuals and groups also available as well as Yoga ‘taster’ sessions for businesses, companies and organisations. We can also provide stress management lessons and training as well as further education courses.
