Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti Yoga – Yoga Devotion

Bhakti YogaBhakti Yoga in Sanskrit means ‘devotion’, complete surrender to God. It involves faith and worship, and concentration and meditation on the Divine.

In this path, an aspirant has pure love and devotion to God and sees God as the supreme expression and embodiment of love.

This path involves the remembrance of God, chanting God’s name, and engaging in worship and ritual.

According to Indian philosophy, this era or ‘yuga’ is considered to be the yuga for evilness and negativity (Kaliyuga). Not to be confused with Kaali the deity or Goddess. During Kaliyuga, Bhakti Yoga is the best, easiest and most popular way to attain self-realisation, peace and happiness.
